Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on flexible schedules. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, then explain in writing what looked off, with tasks including image and video comparison and prompt adherence evaluation.

Responsibilities include inspecting outputs, ranking quality and realism, and providing precise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replays) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of findings.
