Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate their outputs, and document what looked or sounded off, helping improve AI systems.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos, spotting issues, and writing evidence-based explanations in English. Paid per project with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient with careful review.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing explanations in English that detail what you saw or heard.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or unsynced audio.
