Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere in the United States. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

This freelance role pays up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading language models. If you are careful, patient, and able to articulate observations in writing, join us to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each exchange.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
