Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare media against prompts, and explain what was off in writing, from home or while traveling.

You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing precise feedback and documentation. Eligible applicants can access leading LLMs for free and earn hourly compensation with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues.
