Job summary

Outlier Ai is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate the quality of live conversations with AI voice models, and write clear explanations of judgments. This is a remote, freelance contract with flexible scheduling and project-based pay.

You will compare AI results across images, videos, and captions, and provide concise, evidence-based feedback to help improve AI systems. Training and guidelines are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, artifacts, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
