Outlier Ai is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, and score exchanges for naturalness and prompt adherence. You will compare images and videos, identify errors, and provide written explanations, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to decide between imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and visuals.
• Write detailed explanations citing what you observed.
