LILT in the United States seeks detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects across prompts, text, audio and video content. You will apply local cultural insights to ensure accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.

The role emphasizes careful judgment, clear feedback, and the ability to work independently as an independent contractor, with flexible scheduling and access to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content using local tone and market fit.
• Spot artefacts, inconsistency, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
