Job summary

LILT seeks detail-oriented human reviewers with strong cultural insight to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts and outputs, annotate data, and work with textual and multimedia materials across diverse tasks.

As an independent contractor in the United States, you’ll apply local norms to ensure accuracy and brand alignment, delivering clear feedback and consistent scoring.

Qualifications

• Must be a native speaker of the target language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs depending on the task.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone, symbolism, and market fit.
• Identify artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors, and cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Follow guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
