Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly compensation, offering up to $15 per hour depending on expertise. You will evaluate and score outputs, focusing on adherence to prompts and quality, while contributing precise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to listen closely, replay, and zoom in when something seems off.
• Willingness to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to what was seen or heard.
