Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what went wrong, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, contributing to better real-world AI performance through evaluation and feedback. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with payments issued weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and decide when options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what was observed.
