Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule and fully remote.

Ideal applicants are fluent in English, with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and useful each exchange sounds.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
