Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts for training AI models. You will work on projects that involve evaluating code quality and guiding model improvements, earning hourly rates with flexible remote participation.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree and have production‑level software experience, plus strong writing and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a tech company.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and clarity.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear computer science questions to challenge AI models.
