CAI is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. You will drive cross-functional execution, governance, and delivery of business outcomes across data science, engineering, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of program or project management experience in technology/data/transformations.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs with multiple priorities.
• Ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data pipelines.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI programs with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with executives to identify risks and drive critical decisions.
• Provide program-level status reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate efforts across data scientists, engineers, IT, security, and compliance.
• Facilitate program kickoffs and steering committee meetings.
• Assess new AI initiatives for feasibility, value, and resource needs.
• Support portfolio prioritization by evaluating impact and risk.
• Establish governance frameworks balancing innovation and compliance.
• Serve as liaison between AI and technology organizations.
• Track infrastructure and operational roadblocks to resolution.
