Job summary

Inova Health seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the systemwide AI portfolio, setting multi-year roadmaps and success metrics across quality, access, safety, and clinician experience. You will chair product councils, manage governance gates, and drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, clinical, analytics, and operations teams.

This full-time, dayshift role is eligible for remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience: 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML products in regulated settings.
• Certification: Epic certification (Resolute HB/PB, Prelude, Cadence).

Responsibilities

• Owns the systemwide AI product portfolio and multi-year roadmap with value metrics.
• Drives cross-functional initiatives across IT, clinical, analytics, and operations teams.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and governance policies.
• Leads agile product lifecycle, including vendor selection and data pipeline design.
• Translates technical requirements into business cases for executives.
