Job summary

ICF seeks an AI Product Manager for the contractor side to own backlog readiness and translate approved needs into features, user stories, requirements, and testable acceptance criteria for a federal analytics platform.

You will lead discovery, stakeholder clarification, backlog grooming, dependencies, decision tracking, and sprint-ready story preparation with the Functional Lead and Agile Delivery Manager. Remote role with DC-area preference.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract.
U.S. residency and work authorization required.
Three-year U.S. residence in the last five years.
Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum 6 years as Product Manager/Owner/BA or similar role.
Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

Own contractor-side backlog readiness and translate needs into features and user stories.
Lead discovery, clarification, backlog grooming, dependencies, decisions, and sprint-ready prep.
Support Senior Product Manager and VA Product Owner without overriding government authority.
Apply agile product management, requirements analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, security, governance and customer-facing teams as required.
Document work products, decisions, risks, and delivery evidence for traceability.
