VIA is seeking an Data Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into clear narratives for client delivery. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate domain insights into scalable data infrastructure and AI‑driven products that empower decision‑making.

You’ll own end‑to‑end data initiatives, ensure data quality, and contribute to platform improvements while operating in a fast‑paced, security‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role or equivalent
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, mathematics, engineering, or data field
• Proficiency in Python or R, and two of listed technologies

Responsibilities

• Understand data and the domain, translate requirements into data infrastructure
• Build AI-powered data products with automated insights and visualizations
• Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines and ensure data quality and traceability
• Improve internal data tools for cleaning, modeling, and analytics
