Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability leader, is building the AI-era telemetry platform. You’ll join a founding‑team‑level group to shape search and analytics of observability data and integrate cutting‑edge Generative AI tech into Cribl products.

You’ll work with engineering partners and stakeholders to design and deliver AI‑driven surfaces that solve real customer problems, while enjoying a collaborative, people‑centered culture that values curiosity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Experience with ML Ops.
• Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript and either Node or React.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, and LLMs/ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations in Cribl’s core products.
• Stay up-to-date with AI technologies and trends.
• Work closely with fine-tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
