Kraken is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design and run the enterprise AI platform with governance and enablement focus. You’ll partner with teams across the organization to ensure safe, scalable AI tooling and governance.

You will work remotely with Krakenites in 70+ countries, building capabilities like identity, policy enforcement, and spend controls, while delivering running, well-documented enablement materials for traders, developers, and compliance teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and operating AI platforms for enterprise environments with 1000+ seats.
• Strong Python skills, containers, CI/CD, and secrets management.
• Experience integrating with LLM and SaaS APIs using agent/tool patterns (MCP or similar).

Aufgaben

• Design and build the technical layer of the AI platform from integration surface to production runbook.
• Own the governed integration gateway, including onboarding, authentication flows, and identity work.
• Build internal tooling: agent scaffolding, reusable skills, evaluation harnesses, provisioning automation.
• Configure tiered spend controls, alerts, and monthly vendor reconciliation.
• Implement data handling, retention, and model eligibility policies with identity and workspace controls.
• Collaborate with teams to unblock them and enable tool leverage.
• Run technical enablement: deep dives, office hours, and knowledge base material.
• Administer the enterprise AI estate end to end.
