Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid social programs across LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta.
• Experience connecting advertising data to CRM systems for full-funnel reporting.
• Proven ability to own campaigns end-to-end from strategy to optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and structured testing approach.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine audience targeting across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta.
• Develop bid strategies and manage budgets based on performance.
• Create channel-specific creative variants and ad copy.
• Launch, QA, and optimize campaigns end-to-end without external support.
• Run structured A/B tests and translate results into actions.
• Provide weekly spend and performance reporting linked to CRM/pipeline.
