Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off with clear, written notes.

Responsibilities include scoring outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and writing evidence-based explanations in English. Remote, flexible hours available; applicants from multiple regions are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain observations in writing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignments.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
