Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, score their outputs for naturalness and adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This flexible, remote role lets you work on your own schedule from anywhere with internet access. Responsibilities include comparing image and video pairs, rating across dimensions, and providing precise English explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws and explaining why.
• Eligible to apply from listed countries (including United States).

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-visual misalignment.
• Write a concise, English explanation detailing what was off for each evaluation.
