Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how AI systems learn and improve. You’ll evaluate outputs, write concise explanations, and contribute to a feedback loop that informs frontier research and real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom for accuracy.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortion or mismatches, then writing explanations in English.
