Job summary

Zoom is seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration across revenue workflows. You will partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to translate rapid AI capabilities into durable product strategy and measurable business value.

You will drive the end-to-end product path from insights through launch, with a strong emphasis on user experience and Go-To-Market alignment in a hybrid/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent with 8–10 years of Lead PM experience.
• Experience building AI-native products, agents, orchestration systems, or intelligent workflows.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment to simplify complex systems for users.
• Deep understanding of agentic systems: context management, reasoning, orchestration, tools, permissions, human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for agentic orchestration.
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML on architecture and reliability.
• Work with Design to make complex systems intuitive and trustworthy.
• Own the full product path from insight to launch and monetization.
• Design how agents, data, context, and tools connect to revenue workflows.
