Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business with applied quantitative or behavioral research.
• 4+ years in applied research, AI/ML, data science, software engineering, OR operations research.
• Strong programming and analytical skills using Python and AI/ML or data-analysis tools.
• Experience designing experiments, developing prototypes, analyzing results, and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model risk, data management, privacy, security, or operational risk principles.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI, AIOps, observability, automation, and industry trends.
• Translate challenges and emerging tech into hypotheses, experiments, prototypes, and evaluative criteria.
• Evaluate ML, generative AI, agentic AI, predictive analytics for operational use cases.
• Develop rigorous evaluation and testing methods for accuracy, reliability, scalability, failure modes, and production readiness.
• Translate validated research into technical recommendations and production opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to engineering, product, risk, and leadership stakeholders.
