Experian is seeking an AI Native Staff Architect to shape the cloud-native platform on AWS, leading architecture decisions and mentoring teams. You will design scalable, low-latency solutions and integrate AI/ML capabilities while collaborating with product, security, data science, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Experience designing scalable, high-volume, low-latency Java architectures for cloud-native apps.
• Proven track record leading multiple engineering teams and partner dependencies.
• Expertise in event-driven, data-intensive platforms and APIs.
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing, message brokers (Kafka), and database optimization.
• Experience translating requirements into technical solutions while aligning engineering with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and implementation of cloud-native solutions for identity fraud detection, risk analysis, and digital intelligence platforms on AWS.
• Establish coding standards, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Design and implement RESTful services that handle large volumes of real-time data with low latency and high availability.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering teams on solution design, architecture patterns, and technology choices.
• Architect systems with AI/ML capabilities integrated into product features.
