Job summary

SpecSync, a Vantora portfolio company, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own major parts of the product from discovery through adoption. You will shape how the platform earns the trust of dealers, sales teams, engineers, and finance, working closely with the Head of Product and customers.

This hands-on IC role emphasizes AI-native workflows, precise spec writing, and rapid execution in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Location: Remote (U.S.).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management shipping B2B software.
• 0-to-1 experience taking a new product from scratch to adoption.
• Daily hands-on AI fluency with LLMs and AI-assisted research, prototyping, and spec writing.
• Experience defining and shipping AI-powered features, including evals and guardrails.
• Comfort querying data and using insights to steer product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery by talking with dealers, reps, engineers, and ops teams.
• Write concise specs and build prototypes with AI tools for engineering.
• Define and ship AI features with evals, thresholds, guardrails, and human review.
• Set success metrics, instrument the product, and measure adoption and quote speed.
• Partner with leadership on onboarding OEMs, positioning, and launches.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs clearly for teams and executives.
• Own daily execution of the roadmap across customer and engineering teams.
