Job summary
Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, and explain in writing what sounded off. Tasks include comparing images and videos for prompt adherence and identifying artifacts or mismatches.

Qualifications
- Fluent English with clear written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
- Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
- Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.
- Able to participate in live conversations with AI voice models.
Responsibilities
- Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
- Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
- Inspect outputs closely, zoom in, replay to spot errors like distorted motion or text mistakes.
- Write explanations in English detailing observations.
- Label video captions and assist in evaluating audio and voice matching.
