Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We are paying up to $18 per hour, with flexible hours and weekly payments. This role offers the chance to work from home or while traveling, with free access to leading LLMs and an incentives program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on details.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, motion issues, text errors, or audio-video mismatches; provide written explanations.
