Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier's evaluation loop, your feedback helps shape AI reasoning and learning for real-world performance. This is a freelance, 1099 contract with flexible hours and global eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a clear English explanation of what you saw or heard.
