Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and listening skills.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was off.
