Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate contract opportunity for AI/ML Implementation focusing on Python, TensorFlow, and Claude, available in a remote US setting. The role requires strong ML engineering and production experience to design, train, and deploy models and build data pipelines.

You will develop LLM-powered applications, build RAG pipelines, implement MLOps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI solutions in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years building/ deploying production ML/AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML/DL models for various tasks (classification, regression, NLP, CV, time-series).
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered apps using Claude, Azure OpenAI, or OpenAI.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector DBs, and re-ranking.
• Implement MLOps: versioning, retraining, drift detection, monitoring, rollback strategies.
• Collaborate on AI safety, security, data privacy, and prompt-injection risk awareness.
• Mentor engineers on AI-assisted development and production AI practices.
