Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in a related technical discipline.
• Portfolio of projects showing AI/ML solutions or products implemented.
• Strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and neural architectures.
• Experience with modern AI/ML development including CV, multimodal systems, and 3D/ spatial intelligence.
• Proficiency in production-grade programming and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in ML frameworks and apply them to develop robust AI solutions.
• Use and adapt VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents to solve construction site challenges.
• Lead data curation and quality assessments for datasets used in continuous model updates.
• Collaborate in an agile team to deploy solutions in a cloud environment for rapid prototyping.
• Own components from conception through production deployment and monitoring.
