Formación

• PhD or Master’s degree in CS, AI, ML or related field.
• 7+ years of ML engineering experience with proven leadership.
• Strong foundations in statistical modeling and ML theory.
• Experience deploying large-scale ML systems.
• Familiar with Spark and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, algorithms, and theoretical ML concepts.
• Expertise in programming languages like Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Proven experience with building and deploying large-scale ML systems.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead and inspire a remote team.
