Required: a BS, MS, or PhD in CS/AI/Robotics with ML focus; experience building or fine-tuning ML models; deep learning mastery; RLHF or RAG experience; strong code audit and analytical

Qualifications

• Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics or related field with ML focus.
• Professional experience: building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• Deep Learning mastery: knowledge of transformers, CNNs, RNNs and optimization.
• LLM specialization: hands-on with Prompt Engineering, RLHF or RAG workflows.
• Technical rigor: ability to audit model logic and detect data contamination.
• Analytical critique: strong attention to detail in AI outputs and reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy.
• Audit ML code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks with high-quality human feedback.
• Analyze model reasoning and identify breakdowns in CoT prompts.
• Benchmark model outputs using technical taxonomies and metrics.
