Job summary

Prolific is seeking AI & Machine Learning Engineers to join its Expert Network to train and evaluate the next generation of LLMs with deep technical expertise. You’ll complete a brief test and, if selected, join Prolific as a participant, paid to train and evaluate AI models from home.

Responsibilities include auditing ML code, refining RLHF frameworks, and evaluating reasoning and architecture logic for accuracy. Competitive hourly pay and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Experience building or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• Deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) mastery.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF or RAG workflows.
• Ability to audit model logic, detect data contamination, and evaluate proofs.
• Strong attention to detail in spotting hallucinations and biases.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM Architecture Logic: review architecture explanations for technical accuracy.
• Audit Code & Notebooks: validate training loops and data preprocessing scripts.
• Refine RLHF Frameworks: provide high-quality human feedback for alignment.
• Analyze Model Reasoning: assess chain-of-thought prompts and breakdowns.
• Benchmark Performance: compare model outputs using technical metrics.
