Job summary

GLOBO is seeking a mid-level AI/ML Engineer to build and maintain data pipelines, models, and features powering the GLOBO platform. You’ll work across the data stack, from ingestion to production, ensuring reliability, testing, and governance.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship AI features, integrate LLMs and agentic workflows, and write production-quality code with proper tests and documentation. Remote role, USA-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, data science or related field.
• 2+ years in data engineering, software development or ML engineering.
• Advanced Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Claude or OpenAI API.
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques, prompt engineering, and AI safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable ingestion pipelines and data models.
• Develop AI/ML features powering the Globo platform.
• Implement data quality, lineage, and data contracts across pipelines.
• Collaborate with data owners on PII/PHI masking and retention.
• Establish monitoring, testing, and rollback procedures for production pipelines.
