Job summary

ITechRadiant is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and ship practical AI features, including copilots and RAG pipelines, for production use. You will build LLM-powered workflows and secure automation tools across web and backend systems.

The role requires 2+ years in software engineering with AI/ML focus, strong Python or TS skills, and experience with vector databases. Remote-friendly with US eligibility to work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years software engineering experience, incl. 1+ year in AI/ML.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, prompts, and vector databases.
• Strong Python or TypeScript in full-stack environments.
• Understanding of data privacy and API security.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI features such as copilots, chat assistants, and workflow automation.
• Build RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and response generation.
• Integrate OpenAI, LangChain, or similar tools into production web and backend systems.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, latency, cost, and safety before release.
• Work with engineers to embed AI capabilities into existing products and APIs.
• Document architectures, prompts, and operational runbooks for maintainability.
• Stay current with emerging AI tooling and recommend practical adoption strategies.
