Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders; build scalable solutions for forecasting, risk management, and decision support; strong stats and programming required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of data science or ML experience.
• Strong Python or R programming.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Ability to work with federal data and governance requirements.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy ML models for classification, forecasting, and NLP.
• Perform EDA and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers and program stakeholders.
• Document models and methodologies for governance and reproducibility.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for leadership.
