Job summary

Outlier offers a fully remote, flexible-hours role where you review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation.
