Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule. Rate up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments and flexible hours.

You can work from home or while traveling and gain free access to leading LLMs as part of the role. Ideal candidates have strong written communication, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree or higher;

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a written explanation of observations in English.
