Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will interact with AI voice models, compare images and videos to prompts, and explain in writing what was wrong.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours, paying per hour with opportunities for bonuses and incentives. Contributors review outputs for naturalness, prompt adherence, and quality, providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing specific, English explanations describing what was observed.
