Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, hold live conversations with AI voice models, and evaluate how well outputs follow prompts. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to the prompt, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; patient and able to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
