Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $18 USD/hr with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Contributors work remotely from various countries, providing timely feedback to improve AI systems. Prior experience writing concise explanations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard for each exchange.
