Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Working from home or while traveling, you’ll help determine which outputs follow prompts more closely and contribute to improving AI performance. Compensation is hourly and flexible.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to explain what looked or sounded off in AI outputs.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge how well they follow prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio; zoom in or replay as needed.
• Write explanations in English detailing what you observed or heard.
