Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and provide clear explanations in English. The role helps shape how advanced AI systems learn and improve, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and other methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain what was off in writing.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming/replaying, to spot errors like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of what was observed.
