Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-produced images and videos, and explain in writing what was off, helping frontier AI systems improve.

Responsibilities include evaluating media quality, following prompts, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations. Remote work offers flexible hours and weekly payments through multiple methods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to rewatch or zoom in to spot issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions verbally and in writing.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rate each output across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and provide a written explanation in English.
