Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off, all remotely on your schedule.

Contributors help shape AI systems by providing evaluations that improve reasoning and performance. Earn up to $18/hour with weekly payments, plus incentives, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Familiarity with evaluating and explaining outputs in written form.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to observed issues.
