Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $18/hour with weekly payments, flexible hours, and free access to leading LLMs. You can work from home or while traveling, contributing to evaluations that help improve AI systems used in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants from multiple listed countries are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to identify issues like distorted visuals, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Provide written explanations citing concrete observations for each evaluation.
