Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-produced images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Your work helps refine how advanced AI systems reason and learn. Tasks include rating outputs for adherence, quality and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Benefits include weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text or mismatched audio.
Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English.
