Outlier in the United States is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

This flexible role pays up to $18 USD per hour, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. You can work from home or while traveling, contributing to a real-world evaluation loop that helps improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and describe conclusions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Remote work eligibility for international applicants.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
